Portions of a police body-camera video showing events leading up to a fatal confrontation between Mesa police officers and a Texas man were released in May at the request of media organizations. However, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge ordered portions showing the actual killing of the man to remain sealed until after the trial of a police officer charged in the case.
